Joel, founder of True Essence Motivation, has over 17 years of experience in Leadership and Management gained in a Big Energy Business.

He is a Chartered Member of the CMI, holds an executive MBA, a level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, and is a Master NLP Practitioner in Personal and Business Coaching. He uses the Tools and Techniques of Coaching as a Helper for People to Exploit and Explore what they can offer. His Vision from his Mission, is to create what he calls a “Freeway Organisation”
